A native San Diegan, I have built a distinguished career spanning education, brokerage ownership, office management, sales leadership, coaching, and professional development. Throughout my career, I have been recognized by my ability to develop high-performing agents, cultivate strong office cultures, and lead teams through changing market conditions with confidence and purpose.

After graduating from Torrey Pines High School, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences and Teaching Credential. I began my professional career as a high school History teacher while coaching girls' volleyball and soccer. These experiences laid the foundation for my leadership style—one centered on mentorship, accountability, communication, and helping others reach their full potential.

In 2001, I transitioned into real estate, where I quickly discovered a passion not only for serving clients but also for developing and leading real estate professionals. I went on to co-own and manage two luxury real estate offices in Sonoma County under the Pacific Union brand, specializing in estates, ranches, vineyards, and luxury properties. As an owner, manager, and team leader, I was responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching agents while overseeing daily brokerage operations and strategic growth initiatives.

My leadership approach focused on creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. I developed customized business plans, productivity systems, and coaching strategies designed to help agents increase production, strengthen client relationships, and achieve both personal and professional goals. I take particular pride in helping agents build sustainable businesses while fostering an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.

My passion for professional development led me to join the team of industry-renowned coach and entrepreneur Brian Buffini as a National Broker Consultant and Coach with Buffini & Company. In this role, I coached brokers, managers, and agents across the country, helping them build relationship-based businesses, strengthen leadership skills, improve accountability, and create long-term growth through exceptional client service and referral-based business strategies.

A Certified Ninja Selling professional through Ninja Selling, I combine a proven coaching systems with practical leadership experience gained from decades of managing offices, leading teams, and navigating every type of real estate market. In any market, I have consistently guided agents and organizations through both opportunity and challenge.
